We are recruiting two Programme Assistants to support our team with the development and delivery of our cultural programme. The opportunity is targeted at residents aged 16-24 living in Upper Edmonton. Assistants will be supported to develop their skills and interests as they deliver existing and new creative projects along Fore Street with residents as part of the organisation’s cultural programme.
The roles will be tailored around successful candidates existing interests and skills which they wish to develop. The assistants will be managed by the Programme Curator. The organisation’s directors will also support the assistants in their roles.

Responsibilities
Develop existing and new projects as part of the Fore Street For All cultural programme with the support of the Programme Curator.
Find ways to involve residents in projects and help to platform their voices.
Support the Programme Curator with the monthly Thursday Lates.
Build relationships with high street businesses and local creatives.
Collect resident and participant feedback in-person and online via engagement activities and feedback forms.
Engage with residents and visitors of events in a friendly, warm and constructive manner.
Contribute to funding applications for new creative opportunities.
Contract: 3-6 months
Hours: 24 hours per week (8 per day), Wednesday-Friday
Pay: £11.95 per hour (London Living Wage)
